virgin media are useless.wont speak with unhappy customers
I have wasted the best part of 2 days to try and resolve my issues. Customer service have no interest in helping. Seems like they are happy to take my payments but not deliver the service. I fully intend to cancel all my contracts with virgin and that includes tv, broadband, house phone and mobile. I imagine other providers will be grateful of my custom. Anyone else reading this should cancel their subscriptions too as VIRGIN DONT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.HAPPY TO TAKE MONEY BUT NOT DELIVER SERVICE.WHY DOES NO ONE WANT TO SPEAK WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.
