virgin log in failure

I am currently travelling overseas and yet need to log into my virgin mobile account so as to view my mobile bill after receiving an email about my bill from virgin. I haver tried logging in though all my log in details are being declined. I tried resetting my password though it apparently sends a code to my phone. I am currently overseas so I cant get a code on the mobile.

How can I be able to reset this without receiving the code on the phone...anyone please help

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with logging into your online account. If you're roaming and the code can't be received, I don't think there would be any way for us to change this for you.

 

I will chase this up with a colleague to see if there's anything that we can do.
