virgin contract issues - signal and internet

Whats been going on with virgin last 2 month

 

I have 2 contracts with virgin i pay for mine and my girlfriends and over last 8 weeks we have both had constant calls just ending and people saying they are ringing us and its going to answer phone as if the phone is off but they are actually on ??????

 

 

my girlfriend works in care and we cant be having this at all not in here job

 

 

 

also iv just received a txt saying that my mobile data has reached its limit 4GB and its been disabled and if i enable it ill get charges. iv not exceeded 4GB since iv been with virgin and didnt when i was with vodafone i have things like LOCATION turned off on phone etc, and my allowance doesnt refresh now until the 15th OCTOBER

 

someone please help me with these issues because this is beyond a joke whats the point in me paying for two contracts that are not working properly

sent u another msg yesterday

 

 

and just an update. last night at around 8pm we sat at home with both our phones with no signal at all, so it showed basically a stop sign where the signal should have been.

 

this is truly terrible and virgin seem to show no interest in sorting these issues out aslong as they get there money every month. disgusting
