May I ask if you are referring to changing a SIM card or requesting a new number?
Or does this relate to transferring your number from another network?
Have you been able to see your usage prior to this happening?

This is the same for me too. I ported in on Tuesday and everything works fine just nobody or nothing (789, website, app) can tell me usage details or remaining allowances.

I am aware that we are already looking into other users reporting similar problems accessing their recent usage is currently being investigated by the team.
