hi I manage to upgrade by phone 2 days ego but still waiting for the confirmation email or phone to be delivered
on my account still showing old phone and the green banner that im due to a upgrade
I would advise calling customer services on 789 (free) from your Virgin mobile.0345 6000 789 from any other phone (standard rate call or included in any minutes) and ask them about your order.
Or if you wait this post may get responded to by one of the Virgin team on here but that could take a while.
