upgrading phone

Hi ,

quick question am i right  in thinkng virgin now do a credit check if u r upgrading   your phone ?

If any handset is involved and internal check and external credit check is ran Smiley Happy , that is correct Smiley Happy

ty for ur answer  Lee_B , was asking as i have been a virgin mobile  (2x numbers) customer for 25+ yrs also media on and off for over  same period , so had loads of up grades with previous phones , but  never had  credit check or any problems , but now i cannot get phone upgrade because i was unfortunatley bankrupted    a few years ago , i work a fulltime job so think it iss ridiculous + a disgrace that i cant upgrade phoine but  virgin will continue to take money with the mobile account
