I enquired about upgrading my package , why was I declined when it is £4 cheaper than the one I am paying now
it's hard to answer as you don't give any details of the package you are on or what you were trying for.
Is it just a change of allowance (minutes, texts, data).
Or were you hoping to upgrade to a new handset?If so this may be your problem as the handset agreement is an interest free loan or credit agreement that is dependant on your external credit file.
