unable to make/receive calls

 

I have just received a new Experia M4 , but whilst I set up everything satisfactorily it wont allow me to make or receive calls. When I go to  Call/Additional settings it displays "Call Settings Error"

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting, it's great to see a new face Smiley Happy

 

I am sorry that you've not been able to make any calls. Have you been able to call into 789 at all to see if that connects the call? Just in case I'd like to check up on the mobile setup on our side, I've popped you a 'Private Message', little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
