unable to make/receive calls

when you phone home number message is person you are calling is not around at the moment please leave a message. when you dial out it dials the number but does nt ring. seems like someone has not hung up. this has been the case for the last 48 hrs

Thanks for popping by to let us know about the call issue you had last week.

I appreciate this may now have cleared for the home number but if not, and this is a Virgin Media landline you are referring to, it would be great if you could get in touch with their Faults team via 0345 454 1111, option 2 for faults.

Alternatively, if this is your Virgin Media account, then you can call 150 from your Virgin Mobile to report this issue. It is a free call from a Virgin Mobile to Virgin Media on this option.
