unable to log in to virgin mobile

 Hi

Just wondered if anyone is experiencing a problem with a virgin mobile login page. I know my username and a password so it's not on my side. Tried to contact them through a web chat but anytime of the day you try there is a message " All agents are busy". Any advice please?

Hi yadasz,

Are you seeing an error message? Have you managed to log in before? I have just logged into my online account and all is OK. 

A bit more information as to what you are seeing will help to point you in the right direction to getting it resolved.

I was able to speak to Customer Service and they have re-registered my details.
