Hi. I've recently bought a phone with VM and I wanted to keep my old number so had PAC requested from O2. Called VM customer service and explained that I'd like to keep my old number and within 5 minutes had it all set up. Was told my number would be transfered within 24hr and it did. My old phone disconnected and I received a text from VM saying my number had been transfered successfully. For some weird reason my virgin mobile number is still active yet on my virgin account it has my old number registered. Can anyone help. Thanks in advance.
