hi im on a monthly sim only. i got a new sim card and had my old number transferd to the new sim .now on my bill its showing the mobile number that was with the new sim and also my old mobile number. im getting charged 2 times for both sim numbers ive rang up virgin said it would get deleted but its on again this month . im seriousky thinking of canceling and going back to other provider as they was cheaper if i keep getting charged for 2 different numbers but only useing 1
