For quite some years my wife & I both had Virgin moblies on PAYG.
Sadly ,my wife's dementia has got worse and I have sent her to a Home this year ( our 50th aniversary ! ).
In the last few months she never used her phone and it has vanished during one of her "tidying up" sessions where quite valuable items were put into the bin.
Can some kind soul tell me if I can transfer her credit balance to my Virgin Phone or is it lost ?
Also is there a telephone help-line number as I cannot fi
