technical problem when getting a contract.

I too am having this technical problem. I went through all the steps yesterday and I now have no clue whether I have a new contract or not. Can anyone help.

I can only suggest that you call Virgin Mobile customer services on 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

Alternatively wait and hope that a member of the team contact you via this thread.
