technical glitch with new mobile phone order

I ordered a mobile phone and tablet bundle and have received 3 emails one confirming order one to say I am in and another to confirm my email , I want to know if I am getting my order or not as it says there is a technical glitch and someone will be intouch ?

Hi this happened to me too. Ordered 26th Jan had 3 messages straight after but nothing since. Any idea

I've had exactly the same problem & exactly the same 3 emails . I placed my order Last Tues and have heard nothing back from Virgin for over a week , what's happening

I've got the same issue. Placed order yesterday said would be delivered today but now saying technical issues.

I have had 2 emails one to verify email address and one to welcome me to virgin mobile but not one for me to sign which I'm supposed to do by 6.45 any idea what's going on

In the meantime and being a long existing customer of Virgin Media I still have heard nothing also my virgin mobile web account just to add to the joy of this experience has the following error message:
