Ordered a new contract phone, had three emails, one of which stated that there was a technical glitch on their end and i'd be contacted within 24 hours, still have't heard anything back.
unfortunately this "technical glitch" has been going on five months now
I can only suggest that you call customer services on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one.0345 6000 789 from any other phone and ask about your order.
