Hi all, I attempted to take a contract out on a iPhone 6s and got a error message saying they had a glitch there end and wild get back to me within 24 hours but that was like 30 something hours ago and still heard nothing.. Can anyone help please
The best thing you can do is call Virgin customer services on 789 (free) from a Virgin mobile if you already have one. 0345 6000 789 from any other phone (standard rate call or included in any minutes) and ask them about your order.
