switching off pay and go

Hi, is there anything I can do to switch off pay and go?

I cancelled further direct debits but wondering if I should call somewhere additionally or perhaps put jar of water on the table with diluted in it salt and stare at this for 12 minutes and 37 seconds for example.

Hmmmmm?

Re: switching tariffs pay and go

Hi maciejjc,

apart from the Starter tariff, Virgin Mobile has a choice of two "Big" tariffs.

Click here for more info': http://store.virginmedia.com/virgin-media-mobile/pay-as-you-go/tariffs.html

On my PAYG phone it's free call 789 > option 3 to check or change your tariff.

Re: switching off pay and go

Just stop paying at any time. Pay monthly? No cancellation fees? Cancel direct debit, use till the end of 30 days period, pay for what is already used, that's all?

Re: switching off pay and go

:scratches forehead

So... it's a pay monthly account and not pay as you go is it?

To cancel pay monthly you'll need to call 789 and talk to the team. If you are outside any minimum term there's no cancellation charge.

Canceling the direct debit on a pay monthly account will lead to problems.
