suspended account

I have 2 numbers on my account 1 number was suspended after my daughters tariff was taken from unlimited everything to 1gb data so incurred a bill of £121 i reluctantly paid that bill last week and cancelled that number the other number my number has no issues i have checked it online and all payments are up to date yet when i try to call out i cant it tells me my account is suspended i cant call 789 as its suspended and currently dont have access to another phone how do I sort this out?
