suspended account bill paid

Paid bill this morning my internet has been reactivated but not my calls all texts . Ive dialed 789 and keep being told the account is suspended

if you can use another phone you can call on 0345 6000 789.

Sorry to hear you've had some issues getting the account up and running again.

Could I check how you paid the bill?

Have you spoken with the team on 789 / 0345 6000 789 as we may need to set up your Direct Debit again to get things up and running for you?
