store closure in Romfordd

Does anybody know why the virgin store has closed in Romford

can anybody help me, have got the virginmedia app on my phone, but can't get into my account as it says an error has occurred, the only way at the moment that I can check my account is via internet

Can't help you but you are posting in a forum for Email related issues. It'd be better to post this in one of the forums which is relevant to your issue.

What, this is the mobile phone forum lol.

Op try uninstalling rebooting and reinstalling the virgin media app.
I guess everything else is working. If it's the mobile phone usage you need to check, then if it's more than a month from the last time, you need to access via mobile date and reconnect the wifi from there.

Have tried uninstalling then reinstalling, also tried turning off wifi then opening the app then turning on wifi to no avail, was going to the virgin store in Romford but it has closed no details why on the window, everything else is ok, will try doing the above gain

Sorry to hear you're having some issues checking your balances on your mobile app.

Could I just check if you're able get in the app when connected to mobile data as opposed to WiFi?

What happens if you launch the app with WiFi turned off?

Can't launch the app with wifi switched off, there must be a problem with virgin app, as I am not the only one that can't open it

The My Account mobile app needs to be authenticated on your mobile data connection.

What's the error message you get when you try this?
