still waiting on phone replacement

Virgin lost my repair which they received March the 20th, still waiting on phone replacement but all i get from customer  service due to the system updating account wont do it. Now we are into June and still paying for a phone i dont have, Surely system should have been fixed by now!

My advaice: You should contact with solicitor.
