I have registered and downloaded the app successfully but when I open the app, enter my home phone number and 4 digit code it says it does not recognise my details?
Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm very sorry to hear your SmartCall app isn't recognising your details.
This problem needs to be diagnosed over the phone by our Broadband Technical Team. If they can't fix it over the phone then they can escalate the issue for further investigation.
Please call the team on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
I'd be very keen to hear the outcome so please keep me updated.
