sim not working

Hi

Im on virgin mobile pay as you go and recently got a new sim a couple of months ago. Everything has been working fine but today I turned my phone off to save battery while I was at work and when I went to switch it back on it ask me twice for an unlock pin for my sim. The first time it asks is the pin I got when I received my new sim. (first pic) Then the next is my password pin (second pic) then it goes to a black screen and asks for my sim network pin which I have never seen before (third pic) but the PIN I got doesn't work for this. So I dismiss and get Invalid SIM card Network locked SIM card inserted.

Hi rickster1984,

 

the SIM unlock PIN is 7890.

you can disable the requirement for this if you wish in your phones security settings.
