sim not arrived

Hi,
I received an email Sunday to say my new sim card for sim only contract would arrive on monday 18th (yesterday) but nothing arrived. The yodel tracking said parcel not found. Can someone from virgin mobile check the situation please as I dont want to waste anymore time waiting in for it and paying for something i cant yet use.

Hi Nicola

If its a SIM card only , I would imagine that its been sent via Royal Mail which is 3 - 5 working days

If there is a tracking number from yodel it would be something like JD00022244 etc. not the order ref of 1000000######## etc.
