Re: sim card

Hi michelle6,

perhaps you've answered your own question here when you say "none of the phones are virgin".

Are you sure that the iPhone 4 is open to the Virgin Mobile network?

Re: sim card

Hi michelle6,

if you are sure that your iPhone is unlocked/open to all networks then your Virgin SIM should work in it.

Have you tried other SIM's in it from other networks? Does it work OK on other networks?

Re: sim card

Was the card you tried the same network as what you used the iPhone on before?
Have you (or someone else) paid for the iPhone to be unlocked or did you buy it new SIM free?

The reason I ask is that SIM free iPhones not sold direct by Apple are well known for locking themselves onto the first network they are used on.
