hi I'm unable to contact virgin cause you have suspended my account I cant get onto the online chat.
I don't understand why my phone has been suspended bill payment wasn't due till 16/05/16 which is today but my phone was suspended 15/05/16 no reason has to why and I can not contact anyone.
my son is ill and I couldn't even ring a taxi to get him to hospital not happy at all.
