signed up for ebilling and can't get in

Hi,I thought I would sign up for ebilling and have never been able to get in, I know my username but I can't find out which email address was used to confirm my username,please help me,Tia..

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you've forgotten which email address you used to sign up to e-billing.

 

If you go to our mobile online account page you will find the following options which help you when you forget your email address or password.

 

Forgotten your email address?

Forgotten your password?

Forgotten your email address and password?

 

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further issues.

Hi, thanks for replying, I tried it but I don't have virgin media mobile phone, I may have to phone them up to sort it but I have tried my different email addresses so I don't understand it lol!

Hi nickij,

 

You have posted this problem in the Virgin Mobile board so I assumed you had a phone with us. We have one online portal for mobile and one for Virgin Media.
