I've had my contract with virgin for the last 3 years with no problem until about 7 weeks ago. I can not use my phone for anything in my area, unless I'm connected to wifi. I am getting really annoyed now with and fed up of phoning virgin and them saying its a low signal in my area this as never been a problem before. Got told by 1 person to go to the nearest mast but why should i and its all down to EE. I'm paying for something I can not use properly anymore. I have a year left with the contract so I'm stuck with a useless phone.
