sign

Hi

i cant register an account for my mobile and its asking me to call to do so, my phone is broken and i need to upgrade from sim only contract to phone contract, is there an email address or other way to get in touch to get sign in details for my mobile account?

thanks in advance for any advice.

there is no email address.

 

have you tried the "forgotten password / email address" links on registration?

Alternatively you may be able to use the web chat option to speak to an advisor starting from here: Help and Support - Contact Us > Mobile > Mobile not working > Chat online.

The advisors are often busy though so you may not get connected straight away.

 

Or if you have the use of another phone: 0345 6000 789.

If you haven't got a working Virgin mobile then you can call 0345 6000 789 from any other phone to contact customer services
