shocking service

Husband has been on phone all dat try to update his contract his runs out in 2 weeks even the he's still under contract they can't find his address we have been a customer for both mobile an media for 8/10 year an multiple contracts an never had any problems now have to contact a credit check company myself an that will take 30 days I'm heavily pregnant an we both need need our phones god forbid husband is at work or I'm out on my own shocking service think it's time we look for another company

Hi,

I recommend you speak to customer retentions, as they will be able to sort out any issues with contracts and they are easier to deal with. (Dial 150, then option 4, then option 5)

Laughing I have I have spend all day on the phone with try to resolve the issue yet again great advice 👍 they told me to contact the credit check company you use

Tryed 150 and there is no option 4 there is oly 1 or 2

To contact them for free, dial 150 from your Virgin Media Phone and choose Option 1 initially, then Option 4, and finally Option 5.
