seriously bad service

Iv just been informed that it will take 3 days to reconnect my service this is unacceptable. Iv also been told that on other networks it only takes a couple hours. How can virgin expect this to be reasonable? I can guarantee we won't be renewing this contract we have had one problem after another it's a disgrace how a company like this can be so bad at costumer service!
