sending emails from mobile device

I cant send emails from my mobile I am told this is a Virgin fault. Anyone else experiencing this I receive emails ok

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having issues with the email settings on your phone, I think it's best to pop this post onto the Mobile board, as I'm probably not the best person to discuss this. I'll move your post. 

In order to help the community assist you further, could you please let us know the following:

What make phone are you using?

Is the software the latest version?

Is the email address a Virgin Media email address? (please do not give your full email address)

Hi judd519,

I managed to set my own Android device up ok and can send as well as receive emails on it.

Here is a link to Virgin's help section: Phone settings that may be useful to you.
Click on the link, select your device then select email settings.
