ringtims

Why do I get an error message when i try to extend my ringtime, I have following all instructions

Hi daveh1956,

 

just to check, this is what you are doing:

 

Tap *#67# into your phone and press call.

Make a note of the number that's displayed, including the + symbol (this is your Voicemail number).

Enter the following code **61* Voicemail number**number of seconds you want it to ring#

You can choose from 5 seconds ring to 30 seconds (maximum) in multiples of 5

e.g: **61*+440011123456789**25# (25 denotes 25 seconds)

 

This method worked for me (although it was some time ago now).

If you are doing it correctly but keep getting an error message, I suggest that you give Virgin Mobile customer services a call (free) on 789.

Ring 789 they have sorted it for people.

Those codes don't seem to work, probably tied in with their being no call forwarding

have checked several times and keep getting same error but thanks and I will give them a ring
