I have notification that I have received a video/photo message. I have put in my mobile number and the password texted to me but just get the message that either the phone number or password is incorrect.
What do I do?

Sorry to hear you're having some issues picking up the MMS message on our portal.
Could I just check if you're trying to pick this up using your handset or a laptop/PC? Which browser are you using?
Could you try again but double check the password for me (remembering it's case sensitive)?
