Since switching from O2 i now find that i can't receive text messages from my son who is now living abroad. i can send him text and i can receive calls from him. So despite contacting the tec team who just can not get there head round this problem they are trying to blame the service abroad which we have check and there is not a problem from that end either. i see some one had the similar problem with virgin when they change over so it must be a problem with virgin as i said o2 wasn't a problem any ideas??????
