"Restricted Access has changed - Data Service is blocked"

Anyone around or near the Gorgie area getting this message intermittently on their virgin mobile? I am wondering if it's because there is a concert on at Murrayfield tonight?

I have a feeling as there is a music concert at Murrayfield this evening 3G and 3.5G are busy, more the 3.5G

 

Checked the about phone and I see that the service state says Voice In Service - Data: Out of Service.

 

Edit:

 

This changes to In Service, so I can only imagine that the mast for this area isn't coping with the number of people currently at Murrayfield as they will be pulling the data I would imagine.

 

Edit:

 

It must be the 3G & 3.5G as when I switch to EDGE GSM 2G Only the alert disappears.

Not receiving that message now so it would seem that perhaps I was right in what I mentioned above, although it would be nice if someone could offer their thoughts.

Out today in centre of town and received that message again!

Can someone enlighten me why I'm receiving this?

this is a community based forum that VM staff can take 3-5 days (normally) to get to posts. If tyhe community have not replied they have as much to offer towards ideas as you Smiley Happy.

If you stop bumping the post VM will reply. Bumping can delay a reply as vm work from oldest up

I think you'll find it's more than 3-5 days since that threads OP and nowhere can I see a response from a Virgin Media representative.
