"Oops, something's gone wrong!"

I've just signed up for Virgin Mobile, and added a phone/sim card. I'm unable to check anything on my account however. When signing in and trying to go to any of the account pages I have the error "Oops, something's gone wrong!".

I don't even know if my order went through because I cannot check it, and I've had no contact from anyone at Virgin.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're getting the "Oops" error message.

 

I've managed to locate your order via the email address you signed up with. I can see there is a small error that needs rectifying but I'm afraid this isn't something I can do from here.

 

The best way forward would be to call the sales team. You can get them on 789 from a Virgin Mobile, 150 from a Virgin Media landine or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
