profile email not used for billing

Hello,

I have changed my email address in my profile, but the bills are still being emailed to the old address.

What do I have to do to get this updated?

Hi Tim,

I think that you would be best giving Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from your mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and give them your new billing email address.
