pin blocked

My Nokia phone asked for a pin code when I turned it on. I entered an incorrect PIN and now the phone is asking for my PUK code. I looked at the sim (push out) card and entred the unlock code but that will not work. What can I do - any help appreciated

Hi Dave,

 

log in to your Virgin Mobile account and click on the "Plan and device" tab.

Near the bottom of that page on the left you will see your PUK code.

Or use another phone to give the Team a call and ask them: 0345 6000 789.

I’m sorry to hear that you device has locked up on you, have you been able to resolve this?
