photo/video message

I was sent a photo/video message - but unable to access it.  I'm following the instructions to the 'letter' correct password and mobile number. But it doesn't recognise them.

If you are unable to retrieve your photo/video message from the website (ensure you are entering your mobile using 44 instead of the leading 0) it might be better to have your device set up to receive them directly.
