can i use my phone on holiday in the republic of ireland using my inclusive minutes

I'm sure that Inclusive mins plans are for UK use only. RoI is an EU country and you'll pay the relevant EU charges.

stazi is correct here. For a list of all the charges to Republic of Ireland please click here. You'd also need to make sure roaming is enabled as this is automatically turned off for pay monthly customer to avoid unwanted charges.

 

You can enable this online here. Follow these steps:-

Online account > Plan and device > Manage services > Going abroad
