I've read mats post that roaming is automatically turned off. I've turned it on in my account for both my mobile numbers and have restarted both mobiles but I still can't make any calls. my numbers are [MOD EDIT: Personal info removed] and [MOD EDIT: Personal info removed] What else do I have to do??
thanks for getting in touch, I've called above phone number before beginning of last week. That didn't get anything sorted at all. Very frustrating! I've called a few times but couldn't be bothered to invest any more money and time in an issue that shouldn't exist.
For some reason then my roaming started working on Sunday, over a week later than planned. I'm still not too happy as I don't want to have the same worries, going overseas and then waiting again a week to get it working, so not sure, what to do. Are you able to tell me what went wrong? And why it has taken so long?

Without looking into the account, the assessment I could give is that roaming wasn't enabled with our network partners EE. When you called us to get this sorted, we more than likely pushed this through. When you're roaming, it can be difficult for the phone to establish a new roaming session while abroad.
