Paid for a travel pass but did not receive it , and on my return i found out it was charge to my bill
purchased it via text while i was away , my phone is set up for roaming, made sure all settings were correct ..
if you check you can clearly see no MB were used .
you need to call customer services (free) on 789 from your mobile.
They will be able to see that the Travel Pass was unused and arrange a refund.
They will also be able to check your account settings for roaming in the future.
