Live chat may be able to help you with that, you just have to catch them online and not busy..

I'm not sure there's an actual email for it.

Re: pac code please

Hi kevmarshall.

I'm afraid the only you are going to get a PAC code is by speaking to the team.

Call 789 from your mobile or if you're pay monthly you could try calling the cancelation team directly on 0800 183 1150

VM are the only operator that does not allow you to obtain a PAC code by either e-mail or chat.

Son recently moved from Vodaphone to EE, &  Voda supplied the PAC by e-mail, 24hours after request.

Work phone was swapped from O2 to Orange (EE) and again, PAC supplied by e-mail.

VM are supposed to be a 'digital service' company, yet use NO 'technology' to help customers!!  (Strange that!! Smiley Sad )
