ordered a phone

I already have tv broadband and ordered a mobile a few days ago but didn't even get a confirmation email to say I have ordered from them... does this mean no?

My phone I have now is playing up when it comes to phone calls.. I noticed you have tried calling a few times but whenever I answer the other person cannot hear me.
Thanks for help anyways
I'm sure I dig out some batteries and use the home phone when I get a minute

Hi,

I have ordered a phone with free tablet on last wednesday (wont have ordered if I ve read the forums first)

Virgin Media have sent email about the order details and the order number. But no confirmation (saying bcoz of technical glitche) till now 

Call to 0345 6000 789 - just waste of time and money.

Now cant wait to have new mobile. Should I wait or go ahead with new order (definitely not from virgin media)

Anybody with same problem got the phone from virgin media later?

Please help
