oops something has gone wrong

I logged into my account and have the option to upgrade. However every time i try to, before it gets to the direct debit section i get the"oops something has gone wrong" message this has been happening for quite a while now. Any chance of this getting fixed as im aware a lot of other people seem to have the same problem.

you could give Virgin Mobile customer services a call (free) on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 0800 064 3847 and ask about an upgrade.

Yes I could do that, however i prefer to be able to everything online as im at a computer all day, not as able to use my phone as i am a computer at work, and dont get home until late at night, the last thing i want to be doing at that time is calling up. Surely fixing the website so the error does not come up should be looked into as so many people have had this problem?
