I have an account which I cancelled two months ago, it is for ALCATEL one touch. I have no details of this account now???? You keep sending me bill notification. I cant log in to tell you it's cancelled????
did you give 30 days notification of cancelling your account?
Perhaps it would be best for you to give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if you can get this cleared up.
