number change over

I asked for my number to be changed over its now been nearly a week why ?

Have you had any text to say that it's been moved? Is your account online showing your new number?

 

I've had both the above but the number still doesn't work...

Yes same as you and each time we phone thats every day now they say by midnight tonight it will be ok. Now we have been told manager has been informed x2 its the weekend so nothing will be done . Need phone for work

I feel your pain mate, I'm just glad I'm only on a 30 day contract, unless they buck their ideas up I'll be taking my 14 day right to cancel and going straight to EE.

alls well now, after after going onto online chat,and getting a "network level refresh" from the tech team it worked just like that.  thank you for your help in fixing it.

 makes me wonder about the telephone team ? can they be bothered qoute " it should be up and running after midnight" " 48 hours" I wasnt the only one getting these replies from the tele team.
