Re: now £25:32 down due to your bad service

Oh dear. If you have a VM mobile phone calls to the short code service number 789 are free. That is made clear in all VM mobile literature and on the Mobile web pages.

There is no e-mail address for contacting VM mobile. They want to do all their business by phone. The Forum cannot deal with account questions because of data protection limitations.

Welcome to the Forum - though you'll be disappointed by the advice.

I do not work for VM. The advice I give is based on my best understanding of VM policy and practice. You rely on it at your own risk.

Re: now £25:32 down due to your bad service

Hi David,

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

I'm extremely sorry to hear you've been overcharged £15 by us. I'm also disappointed to hear you've spent a further £10.32 trying to get through to us.

I appreciate the wait can be frustrating when trying to get in contact with us. This can be made worse if you call during busy times.

As HowardML said, the free number to contact us is 789 from a Virgin Mobile handset. Alternatively you can call 0345 6000 789 which is charged at national rate.

Have you managed to speak to a member of the team? Did the matter get resolved?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks
